All Pre-REgistrations must be paid by 09/18/09 !!
AIRDOG will send you an e-mail to confirm the registration status, after the registration form and payment are received.
Step 5:  Print and complete waiver
All players will need to have a completed copy of the waiver to sign into registration.  Please take a minute
after submitting the registration form and complete the waiver prior to the game.  This will help save time
during registration process.  Minors must have a legal guardian sign the waiver.
